Programmatic SEO fails when generation outruns substance. The template is not the problem — the dataset is. If each row of your source data carries real, differentiated information, the generated page has something to say.
Start with the dataset, not the template
Before touching a page builder, model the entity you are describing: the service, the location, the constraints that make them specific. A page generator only ever amplifies the quality of its input.
- One row per page, with fields that vary meaningfully
- Slug, title and meta description generated from real attributes
- A hard rule: no page ships without unique body content
Generation as a pipeline
Treat page creation as a build step. Input is validated, the template is cloned, tokens are replaced, metadata is written, and output is queued for review before publishing.
